I started on the commissioned giraffe amigurumi for my nephew's daughter last week. The first Big Twist Posh skein gave up its center pull pretty easily.
Since the pattern book won't lay flat I have it in my cookbook stand so I can check the stitches and rows as I go.
Without rushing I got 22 rows of the body done the first night. Posh is a nice, sturdy chenille that works up fast and has a very soft, fluffy hand to it. I have already encountered two factory knots but the yarn is so fluffy they don't really show, and there was no color change. So far so good. :)
